Initially launched in 2016, the Dire States Grant offers one successful challenge with $25,000 in free CASE gear use/rental to offset the prices of constructing or repairing a important piece of infrastructure. This consists of the flexibility to self-perform the work with certified employees, or to work with a contractor who can use the grant to offset gear prices associated to the challenge.
